PREPARING THE BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES:

1st Step

Set the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Thoroughly wash the potatoes and wipe them dry. Depending on the size of the potato, cut each potato into wedges by halving it longitudinally and then cutting each half into three or four segments. Try to maintain uniform wedge sizes for even cooking.

2nd Step

Combine the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large basin. To create a flavorful seasoning blend, stir well.
